“Apocalypse” 這首歌收錄在 Cigarettes After Sex 將於6/9發行的首張同名專輯裡，“Apocalypse” 是宗教用語，原來指的是新約聖經中的啟示錄，主要在說世界末日的預言及最後審判，但重點放在耶穌再臨，而現在衍生為啟示或世界末日，Cigarettes After Sex選用此字當歌名，將愛情比喻為世界末日，談戀愛時會動人心魄及懾人心弦，命運的紅線會緊緊纏繞彼此，糾葛不清一輩子，烙上愛的刻印，至死方休。

這首歌是我翻譯的Cigarettes After Sex三部曲中的最後一首，我心中認定三部曲第一首是“Affection”（是我心中自己認定的哦哈哈哈），“Affection”在歌頌情人間的愛無止盡， 第二首則是”K.”， 哀悼情已逝，而最後一首新發行的“Apocalypse”作為三部曲結尾，旨在述說與愛牽扯，必會成為愛情俘虜，深陷愛情桎梏中，永世無法掙脫。

一生中能有一次動人心弦的「末日之戀˩，人生足矣啊。
